Giant Pharmacy

Best pharmacy I've ever been to. The employees are efficient and friendly, and they fill medicine quickly, but what really sets them apart is their protocol for dispensing medicine. They show you all the medicine before they ring it up - they don't say the names out loud, they simply place the individual bottles on the counter so you can read the labels. And you can see the price of everything on a screen as it's being rung up. To me this indicates that they take patients' privacy very seriously and want to be as transparent as possible about pricing. Those are two invaluable qualities in a pharmacy, and often hard to find. I got a flu vaccine there, too, and it was a quick and easy process. Overall, I really enjoy and value this pharmacy, and I appreciate the folks who work there. I rec

Giant pharmacy is the best pharmacy by far.I have been to other pharmacy's but they are not as organized as this place right here.they answer all of your question, and they are very polite.the Wait time is awesome, although I have patience.thank you giant pharmacy for having a kind and professional staff.

Medicine wasn’t ready when told it would be. But, line was short and employees were nice

We had a great experience with the pharmacy. Even though we had a little wait time, they were very kind about it and assured us that we would be taken care of. I’m definitely returning to this pharmacy for future vaccines.

No respect for patient privacy as technicians are not properly trained on HIPPA practice and talk openly about customers. I am dissapointed at the service and have already transferred out my script elsewhere. It was a great option to shop while waiting for a medication to get filled, but not worth hearing technicians talk about customers in front of customers using first and last names, pulling out personal cell phones, and overall attitude..unacceptable!
