Service is very slow. Prescriptions are never ready when you show up even though they were sent in hours before.

The pharmacy department here is amazing: Miss Marsha was a life-saver tonight when I came in for meds with my fussy toddler. The product selection of gluten and dairy free foods is getting better her - now if their pricing would start getting close to being competitive it would be awesome.

The pharmacy department here is extremely rude. I went in on a quiet morning and there was no one in line. I was about to walk up to the counter and noticed the person there was on the phone so I waited for her to finish up her call about 5’ away from her so she could see me but I wasn’t hovering. When she finished up the call 30 seconds later I was still standing there, she was doing something on the computer so I continued to stand there waiting for her to say “how can I help you” because she for sure saw me and I wasn’t trying to rush her. Then another customer walks up, and walks around the end of the line where you traditionally wait when there’s an actual queue and walks swiftly up to the counter to get her prescription. Then the lady working at the counter dramatically says to me “f

The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. My prescriptions are filled quickly.

Giant in Prince Frederick is my favorite grocery store in the area. Staff are always helpful and their selection of fruits and vegetables are very fresh. For anytime I've had any issue the customer service reps are extremely interested in making things right and kind at the same time. Love this store
