GIANT Pharmacy

Do not use this pharmacy if you have any mental health issues. The pharmacy staff is terrible. The availability of mental health medication is problematic every month. And it’s obvious they don’t care.

I have been going to this Giant for years. The customer service has been steadily going down hill. The cashier today did not utter one word to the older woman in front of me (or to myself). The woman had to kindly ask her for help with bagging because she didn’t move her butt to help. If you don’t want the job, maybe someone else will. It doesn’t cost a thing to be kind.

This Giant market is the best market. I go to this market because it's close to my job, however; my last two experiences there have been horrible. My first bad experience was with a cashier that spoke bad about me, he was next to a customer not knowing it was my co worker, after he couldn't take the item off my order that i no longer wanted to purchase, even after i told him i would just purchase my other item at another register. I am extremely disappointed at the store associates, especially today after I asked what isle to find an item and was told " I don't work in that department " as she walked away with no assistance. Great store, great prices but wouldn't recommend because of the POOR customer service.

Rude pharmacist wouldn’t help give a flu vaccine with a full half hour until closing - find better staff!
