Giant Pharmacy

Likely the busiest pharmacy EVER but the entire team is friendly, professional and great at what they do. I have multiple Rx's and try to coordinate refills to be at the same time. They accommodate me with a smile. Best pharmacy ever. Thank you all!

Absolutely terrible. Don’t have themselves organized at all. Waited 20 minutes for them to look for a prescription until they found it. On top of that beyond rude. Anissa was who attended me and she absolutely obnoxious.

This pharmacy should be shut down for unethical practice. It’s become very clear that this pharmacy will not fill prescriptions until you show up in person. They then tell you it will be 30 minutes despite it saying ready in the portal. This practice marginalizes members of the community who cannot wait or have limited mobility and transportation. This practice is unethical and should be illegal. I will be calling the Maryland pharmacy board Monday to file a complaint. Others should do so as well.

Needed a prescription very quickly. Called them to ask if that would be possible. Was told it would be an hour. An hour and 40 minutes later we came to pick it up and it was still not ready. Was not able to wait for the prescription which is why we called to verify that we could pick it up in time in the first place. Whoever was at the counter wouldn't speak to us about it.

Please and I mean PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTION FILLED AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!! You could be dying and need your medicine and they will not have your medicine ready when promised! This Pharmacy Is Terrible And Poorly Managed!!!! This Location Deserves NO STARS
