Giant Pharmacy

The female pharmacist that works the Sunday afternoon and evening shift is spectacular. I have used this pharmacy twice since moving nearby and I have experienced nothing but quality and efficient care. I wish that I knew the pharmacist name but I don't, however, kudos to you for holding down Sunday evenings (made it back b4 5)... Ms J.

12-26/23 - The pharmacy tech assistant (don't know her name but she was a mid-aged white lady with a mean look on her face) didn't acknowledge me as a customer and never looked my way as she released the medication, I picked up to the pharmacy cashier for checkout. Day after Christmas and no friendly customer service from the pharmacy assistant which made me feel a certain way. Being nice only takes a few minutes. However, Gloria the pharmacist cashier is an awesome person and is nice and personable. This attitude should be contagious to the rest of the pharmacy staff! =early 2023= The pharmacist on duty was awesome and personable. She took care of giving me the prescription for pickup. The bathroom wasn't fully clean but the overall experience was decent.

I called to check on a prescription and the lady to answer the phone was rude and snarky. If you don’t like your job find a new one, you’re there to help people not cause more of a headache when someone’s already having trouble getting a prescription filled !! HIRE PEOPLE THAT ENJOY HELPING OTHERS !!! To be exact the called was made at 7:12 pm on May 9, 2023 so you can figure out who it is and maybe teach her customer service.

The "pharmacist" that works here during day time and weekdays needs to change her job. She treats customers with attitude. I pay for the medicine, I am not asking for free.

Been going here literally forever, best grocery store ever, always has what I need everyone is super nice and the cashiers are really friendly
