GIANT Pharmacy

this giant pharmacy is absolutely terrible. theyre always rude every time whether it’s in person or on the phone. i’ve been requesting to have my prescriptions transferred and both myself and my new pharmacy have called and asked them to at least 3 times each and they still haven’t. their phones weren’t working for days, and they don’t even bother to check voicemails. i’ve used plenty of pharmacies and have never seen service this awful. *UPDATE* they’ve been telling me my insurance won’t cover my meds until 30 days which i thought was odd because they aren’t controlled and i’ve always gotten them every 26 days. now i know why they didn’t want to transfer them, because once they finally did my new pharmacy was able to fill them immediately. they just didn’t wanna get caught for making thei

Hello, I just had one of the worst experiences at this pharmacy...Gita gave me attitude and was saying words under her breath at me...I really don't appreciate the disrespect...she shouldn't have a job at my pharmacy!

The cashier told me the system is damaged to pay with debit card only I can accept Cash. So, I told her ok, I'm going to my car to pick cash, when I came back to pay the item, she send me again to do the long line only for one item, then She told me if you don't want to do the line again go to another place to pay. So I'm pregnant , the reason that I was with this cashier was because no body was in the line and I didn't have to spend long time standing up.

Giant Direct used to be a great and dependable way to get groceries, but it's just gotten worse and worse over time. Employees are surly and rude, items get forgotten, and this cheese covered in mold is a good example of the carelessness whenever they pick items to put in bags.

Friendly and well organized pharmacists on staff. Nice that they know your face and you can get in and out in minutes. I don't even shop here most of the time, but keep my Rx's coming here.
