Giant Pharmacy

My doctor gave me another med to replace one but giant needed money and refilled the old one even though it said on bottle to replace it.

Have used this pharmacy since long before it’s move to Abingdon. Have always received great service!

I walked in today 25 minutes before closing time and was treated like I was a burden to those working there. An associate telling me that they are almost closing does not justify you treating me with sub par service and amenities. They should be enthusiastic and be more than willing to help me all the up until that closing time on the dot. If they can't handle it, then there's someone else who can. There always is and there always was. Sincerely, a competent service worker

Poor inventory, poor customer service, and a complete lack of problem solving skills. Twice the same week they failed to keep common prescriptions in stock and failed to research other pharmacies with the medicines in stock until days later when I specifically asked them to do so.

Love this Pharmacy! The staff is extra friendly never any rude or unprofessional workers. They always have my medicine available and if for some reason they don't it will be there by the next day. If you want fast reliable and polite service look no further.
