First visit. Staff outstanding. Courtney my new Dental Hygienist fantastic. Dr. C, top notch. Very impressive establishment!! Second visit. Courtney my tooth mechanic hooked me up. Cleaned, layered and prepped 2 of my #5 pockets (changed the oil basically). Pain free the whole time.

The staff is phenomenal!! I recently complained about an issue and the two front desk staff that were working it went above and beyond to make things right (despite some miscommunication). The hygienist/dentists here are truly exceptional. They have completely redefined my relationship with dental hygiene. I no longer dread my appointments. They are incredibly gentle and take the time to educate me without being judgmental.

I am pleased with the care and support I receive at Dental One. My hygienist Courtney can always be counted upon for a professional and compassionate service. All staff is polite and positive. Appointment time is always on time. I’m happy!

Prior to today I loved going here but pricing of services wasn’t disclosed and now I was told if you don’t pay we will send you to collections and you can’t come back. What a shame. Instead of asking me more questions and allowing me to ask questions that was the response. I wasn’t given a treatment plan for my services thru my newest insurance and my billing didn’t match my EOB. And I was given toothpaste a told to rub it on my gums and then at the next visit told that toothpaste cost $21. I really think there are fraudulent billing practices happening here.

Very thorough, professional, and friendly! I have always been one to avoid dentists’ offices because it stresses me out to the point that I stopped going over 30 years ago. But not here! I was relaxed and calm the entire time thanks to Dr. Reddy and all his staff! Everyone from check-in to check-out was so helpful and kind and empathetic to my individual needs. So glad I chose Dental One and so pleased with my personalized plan for restoring my healthy smile and the progress thus far!
