I wanted to pay for a prescription that was a CDS out of pocket for privacy reasons. The tech at the counter dismissed me as if I was doing something wrong by wanting to pay in cash. She was rude and totally unhelpful. She wouldnt explain to me why she wouldn't let me pay cash. almost treating me as if I was doing something shady. I dont get prescriptions often and wanted to keep this off insurance for several reasons the biggest being privacy. Instead of being helpful and explaining why she couldn't do that she totally dismissed me and just told me either they wont fill it or it gets run through insurance. This confused me obviously because I dont deal with getting prescriptions often. I wouldn't recommend coming here and I wont ever come back again. That was probably the most rude I have

Posting this here because there's no mechanism to report the behavior of a pharmacist to anyone who might be able to address it. I've used this pharmacy for some time. Until now they've been great. There's multiple pharmacists, I've never had an issue with any of them before. Recent interactions with one specific pharmacist ensured I'm immediately transferring to another pharmacy. There's entirely too many other places to tolerate a pharmacist who decides she feels like giving inaccurate info on when something would be ready (told "tomorrow" when it was really backordered with NO delivery date) and then soon after decides to be rude to you and your poor Dr when you simply asked if they could contact the dr because the prescription was for the wrong dose. My cousin just left here crying & calling me because the tall younger lady with braids & black hair yelled at my cousin that she didn't need to use the coupon she had because "it's already $10 you're not getting it any cheaper". All of her coworkers looked over shocked but neither her or any of them said anything to her or apologized. I think if you're working at a pharmacy & deal with people who potentially have depression/other metal health issues & could be suicidal they should really watch how they speak to people. Yelling is never acceptable but to do it to people who are already struggling is crazy. I'd not recommend this pharmacy to anyone, ESPECIALLY those who are having issues mentally. And if you have coupons just know you'll be denied, or even yelled at if you're lucky!

This was my first time picking up a prescription from this pharmacy for my boyfriend. He told me his prescription was ready so when I get there, they tell me I have to wait 15 min. Which is fine, this isn’t my primary complaint. After waiting 15 minutes, a lady named Jenny called me to the counter. She has me sign, and the price of the medication appears on the screen facing me. I notice the price is higher than a good rx coupon I have says. Previously, I have always sent the coupon to my boyfriend. But last time he went he said I didn’t have to send it to him anymore since they automatically applied the coupon. Even then, i still had it pulled up on my phone. I tell the lady I have a coupon. And she proceeds to throw her hands up in the air and raise her voice saying “Well why didn’t you

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! Everytime I had to get prescriptions refilled, there was ALWAYS a problem. The worst was this last time, my doctor approved a refill twice and they lost it and said my doctor didn't send it. Everyone that works in there is incompetent and lacks the ability to communicate anything clearly and accurately. One person will tell you something then another person will tell you something totally different. Don't waste your dealing with this pharmacy, they are very unprofessional. Go to CVS, they know what they're doing.
