Giant Eagle Pharmacy

Staff in pharmacy and register clerks are all soo very nice and kind. Store is clean and well kept! AND they carry my family's favorite treat- peanut butter TastyKakes!!!

Called ahead and asked if they had vitamin b2 (riboflavin), they said they had in it store and in stock. Drove to the store, looked in the isle for about 20 mins before finally getting in line and waiting for another 15 mins before getting to speak to anyone. When I asked where the riboflavin would be they looked at me like I had two heads. The pharmacist then chimed in and said me “idle 3” without even looking at me. I told him that I had been looking over there for 20 minutes and didn’t see it and that I had been told over the phone that it was in stock, they told me that if they had it it would be in the isle and if not then they didn’t have it. I understand that it is a hard vitamin to find, which is why I called ahead before going in. I’m not irritated that it wasn’t in stock, I’m irr

Giant Eagle has always had friendly and courteous staff. This is a brand new location so I'm giving them four stars only for this reason. Always have been kind and curious so far.

Fast friendly service and my RX was 1/3 of the price it was at the pharmacy across the street.

Cheryl disrespects the customers any chance she gets.
