Cambridge Physical Therapy Center

This is my 3rd time in 15 years going here for frozen shoulder or just shoulder pain. They have helped me so much to get back to having mobility and no pain. My job is the culprit. They are very good at helping me!!!

The staff is very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I'm always able to get an appointment that is convenient for me. They have equipment to provide therapy for a wide range of injuries and conditions. I always feel better after my therapy sessions!

I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a supposed "medical professional" in my life. Not to mention the fact that she obviously doesn't know what the word HIPPA means....as she discussed my case with 3 other patients more that able to hear every word! I wouldn't recommend this business to do therapy on anyone. You'd be treated better by a hornet!

One suggestion: one Therapist should work with only one client for the entire one hour visit. Insurance pays for one hour, work one hour not half an hour. The client feels cheated if the Therapist is sharing time with other clients. Please don't cheat the Insurance company or the Client.

Friendly, professional and caring staff. I have been there over the years for myself and now with my daughter. They truly care about getting you better. I highly recommend Cambridge Physical Therapy Center...excellent place & staff
