Experience has been fine from a medical perspective but billing pretty frustrating. I set up a payment plan for my bill, had made a payment, and still was sent to collections. When I called to notify them of their mistake the woman on the phone was seemingly far more concerned with telling me the 3 dates in which they sent me statements than the fact that they had sent me to collections while I am actively making payments. I’ll admit I’m not the best with snail mail and was receiving several medical bills at the time and thought I had paid this one. When they called to notify me I set up a payment plan within a few days. I found it extremely unprofessional that the representative I spoke with was seemingly much more concerned with blaming me by repeating the dates statements were mailed as

Everyone of staff very nice and accommodating. I could tell that Dr Oh had reviewed my chart thoroughly and I was really impressed by this. Dr Oh listened intently, we discussed my meds and how I was doing in general with my GI issues. I was really pleased with my visit.

Everyone I encountered was extremely nice. Dr. Grupka was friendly , explained each issue thoroughly and had a game plan before I left. This was my first visit and I am very pleased. Since I apparently forgot to post the first visit review, I will now add my review from today. After having several tests and a three month prescription regimen, I had a follow up appointment today. Everyone was still nice! Dr. Grupka went over tests results, answered all my questions with patience and once again made sure I had all the information I needed to address any issues. I am thankful to have such a kind, caring doctor as Dr. Grupka.

15 years ago one of the doctors kept putting me through the same expensive tests 3 times to get the same diagnosis. I decided to go back and the new doctor did the same tests and prescribed the SAME medication that had little effect. I told this new doctor this and I was ignored. There is a new treatment for my condition that wasn’t available 15 years ago. I specifically asked for the new treatment and was ignored.

The Wellstar Paulding office is absolutely awesome. The staff is so nice. Dr OH is the most personable doctor. Kind, listens, takes time to answer all my questions. Highly recommend!
