Dr. Bachar and his staff are amazing. They got me in very quickly when I wasn’t feeling great and were very patient and helpful. Patricia is amazing! I’m a tough person to stick for blood draws but she got me on the first try and I didn’t feel a thing!!

Those looking for people who care about your health and wellbeing, please stay away. My experience has been very poor. I have been in and out 3 times over the last month with no resolution to my symptoms. I have been unable to get any diagnosis of what I’m dealing with or any follow up about any labs or ultrasounds. I have had 3 different sets of tests run and I never got a follow up about any of them. I have never seen such an unwillingness to want to talk to patients. I have tried countless emails, calls and texts that no one will respond to. It seems that the solution to most problems is to throw a bunch of drugs at you and hope you don’t come back. I wish I never wasted the money coming here as nothing has been resolved and no one has been sympathetic about it in the slightest.

I arrived on time and was tested immediately as no one else was waiting. The staff was most courteous and allowed me to check myself since I was familiar with the procedure. However it's been 45 hours so far and test results not yet received. Waiting anxiously. Update!!! Results received within the promised 48 hours. Great Job Had a another test today. Same efficient courteous professional service. I will continue using service

The line was long. But the staff did a great job. They verified that I had an appointment, gave me the form and I filled. The process is easy, but they don't have control of people who were struggling to complete the test on their own. In all I love the service. On December 31st it took me over an hour to test, but January 6th it took me less than 30 minutes. Although I arrived early, but joined the line at my scheduled time. The line was very organized and I was highly satisfied. But still waiting on my result. The results take a little longer. This is my only concerns.

Though I had an 8AM appointment, and arrived on time, the line was still extremely long. The whole process ended up taking an hour and a half. That said, the staff taking information, handing out covid tests, and ultimately taking your final information were extremely efficient. They had six to seven employees walking the line of cars to expedite the process. So though there was an extremely large amount of people present, the company did an excellent job of doing their best to expedite the process.
