Georgia Urology

The second time I went for the inconvenient injection I was extremely disappointed. They said I saw doctor Kaplan. Never saw his face and not very friendly. I had complications and saw the NP. She tells me to quit drinking around 3pm. Isn't that a stupid diagnosis. I won't EVER SEE DR KAPLAN.

Georgia urology has my kudos. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Everyone there from the reception is all the way to the doctors smiled and was eager to help with questions, etc.. The place was very clean, the receptionist desk, waiting area and the exam rooms even the restroom. And most of all the wait is never long. After checking, the weight is never more than 8 to 10 minutes. And the whole appointment is finished in a timely manner and Iappreciate that. The doctors explain everything to you in a way that you can understand. They’re open for questions and discussion about anything, and I really appreciate that.

Dr. Kaplan has been my urologist for a number of years. I have found him to be genuinely interested in his patients. He is a good listener, pays attention to my concerns, and offers complete and professional explanations for his recommended course of treatment. As a bonus, I am always seen promptly at the appointed time. His medical and clerical staff are exceptional. Dealing with them is always a pleasure. Nice office. Friendly and efficient staff to support him.

I always have my appointments at the Douglasville office and they are all great people. The front office ladies are spectacular and I couldn’t find anyone better than Dr. Keith. He is compassionate, thorough and never rushes you if you have questions or concerns. Great great office!!

Everything went as planned. The staff was superb! I felt like they really cared about taking care of me. They took every precaution. They were naturally friendly and very professional. This was an awesome place to have an operation. My doctor was very specific with details and all that he told me is on the money. Thank you all for the outstanding medical care from beginning to end. WELL DONE!!!!
