Saw Evan in Dec. Now we have $150 bill which makes the whole experience more of a slap in the face. Initial $350 appt just to be told we don't handle that situation, it's rare. Well then don't put embolization on your site then. He refused to do more testing to diagnose the pelvic congestion syndrome and just gave pills to a 60 yr old man that basically has no one to have sex with. People wonder why there's 60 yr old men out there turning to other people besides their wives for fun. Answer: They use these drugs to fix situations when all they are are band aids to the actual issue. These men have women that can't perform and they run around with built up frustration causing them to be more obnoxious. So his pain has subsided because the medicine helps with the congestion, but he STILL strug

I appreciated the Dr and nurses, but the staff are the worst. If you try to call you are automatically put on hold and then after about 30 minutes they hang up. I tried to call for directions, no answer...on hold then hung up. When I finally found the office I was actually spoken about between to staff members right in front of me at the desk instead of speaking to me. They are very busy and do not seem to think patients are people. After my appt I had a question...on hold then hung up.

Dr. Desai has treated me better than any Urologist I have ever visited. He is so mindful of patient preference and prioritizes safety. I recently had my second kidney stone removal with him and after expressing concerns with the stent pain I experienced, he used a different type of stent and I am amazed I feel it very minimally. I can’t express how much I appreciate his expertise and kindness.

Doctors are good but they are so desperate for money they want to bill weeks in advance of a procedure. Good bye!

The doctor and the staff all we're helpful and polite . They explained everything to me so I had a play by play visit .
