I saw the NP Jessica Haney. Honestly, one of the best orthopedic medical providers I have seen. She really takes time to make sure you understand and works with you meeting your needs. I felt very heard and understood. She even took the time to show me my imaging and go over the diagnosis in detail. 10/10, she’s a great provider. On the other hand, I don’t think I have ever had a positive experience with the office staff. From the first visit, I’ve had issues and felt uncomfortable with their attitude and confused by the information they give. To be honest, most of my experiences in person have felt very rude and dismissive. Over the phone, I feel like I can’t get a straight answer and end up explaining the same situation multiple times. Extremely happy with my experience at this doctor’s office today. Best experience I’ve had in a while at any doctors office. Staff was great. Everyone was very nice and pleasant. I was not kept waiting which made me feel that my time was as valuable as the doctors. Dr. Jeshuran was also respectful and polite. He took the time to explain my condition to me and addressed any questions and concerns I had.

Today was my first visit. The staff made me so comfortable as soon as I walked through the door and Gloria Smith was excellent. She explained everything and answered my questions and took the time to go over everything in detail. My experience was amazing and I am sure I picked the right doctor and PA for my back issues. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs a great neurologist. Would give 10 stars if I could!

I have had a long journey to find out what was wrong with me. Dr Jeshuran took the time to find out and to talk to me! Surgery was a tough one. But he treats me like a person instead of a number. Compassion is a rare thing in the medical world. Thank you Dr J!!!
