I honestly have never been to a less professional medical office, EVER. To begin, I asked if I were going to be asked for a urine sample. The staff hurried around and in the greeting office, produced a urine sample cup and directed me to go into the lobby/entry latrine. I entered and saw there was no window to pass the sample through. There was no gloves to handle the sample with. I decided not to produce a sample under these "other than clinical" conditions. Once complete (and not having produced a sample), I handed the container back to the staff, over the greeting counter, and mentioned that I did not think that was a proper manner of collecting urine samples (accountability control, cleanliness, privacy. If it wasn’t for this group of doctors and staff, I would still be at home with no real way to be able to work and contribute to my family’s financial income. Four or five months ago, after some treatment adjustments, I was able to return to work and now have two jobs and am so thankful for that! Dr Mandyam is great!

The worst pain management clinic anywhere. Medical information going to the wrong number (HIPPA violation), cancelling appointments knowing patient running out of strong pain medication that day, representatives laughing at the situation, rude behavior, staff on social media vs checking in patients, nurses pretending to be PA's and only refilling prescriptions. BBB does not have them listed - yet they have several bad reviews. Why wouldn't they be listed in BBB? To hide their incompetence. This clinic is bad news. Go somewhere else.

I don’t know why people are saying that this clinic is no good, because hi see Dr. Keel and he does have more pain down to a very minimum level. He does work with you to solve your pain problems.

The Dr I saw this last week was awesome 👌. Very informative and helpful for me to get some good advice. I've always been able to make my own decisions. That's important.
