My husband needed an ok from cardiologist for oral surgery. We were seen ASAP and they expedited a special test to help ensure his safety. They explained why these things were necessary and everyone there was so kind and thorough. We saw Cheryl Herman. A special thanks to Dr. ANU Vallanki the cardiologist and her TRIAGE team in Dawsonville who were extremely kind, helpful and reassuring also.

I feel very blessed for being referred to this practice by my Primary Doc, Dr. Baumgartner and specifically for the help provided to me by Doctor Giancarlo Acosta. I had moved to the area to get my affairs in order after living in Costa Rica for seven years. You can imagine my relief to find that my fatal condition had interventions. Dr. Acosta ordered the right tests and got me to the right specialist at Emory. One year later and I am healthy and living a full life again. I'm so grateful. Thank you.

Very disorganized..Wants to do a Heart procedure, not sure if needed. Will get 2nd opinion

I had a very disappointing experience today while trying to schedule an appointment. The receptionist was surprisingly rude and spoke to me in a way that made me feel disrespected and belittled. As this was my first time calling, I expected a more welcoming interaction. Unfortunately, this experience has left such a negative impression that I won’t be calling again.

I have been going to Georgia heart for years now seeing Dr devoke who is absolutely amazing explanation point she is just really hard to get in with because she is that AMAZING! I am writing this review today because I called in today to change an appointment and MA. PAMELA answer the phone and was very knowledgeable, had great customer service, and help me in every way possible. She answered all of my questions and made sure that I was satisfied with the appointment she gave me. Thank you again for all of your help MS. PAMELA! I wish there were more people like you that worked at the Georgia heart Institute because you are a rare find, in someone I so loved working with!! I hope you have a very blessed day and that it is not stressful!
