Gentle Touch Massage

Brenda is very gentle and thorough when it comes to lymphatic massage. I had a tummy tuck with liposuction and part of my recovery instructions from Dr Garlick of Draper, UT was to have lymphatic massage 1-2 times per week for at least 6 weeks. This helped my healing process and mental status after surgery. My swelling was greatly affected by these massages. She’s also amazing at regular massages as well! I’m still seeing Brenda on a regular basis for massages!

Brenda has mastered the art of deep tissue massage. I am a registered nurse with a lot of stress in my life and I carry that tension right beneath and between my shoulder blades.
