I had a great experience here from start to finish. I first scheduled online after reading the reviews, and almost immediately received a call from the office to confirm my appointment and walk me through what they needed. I was able to fill out all the intake forms online, and when there was a hiccup with my insurance they followed up, double-checked everything, and got it sorted quickly. Their communication was very clear, and the automated text reminders for upcoming appointments are a huge help because my schedule is so busy. When I arrived, the front desk team was warm and welcoming. We even joked about the music playing, which happened to be from my high school era, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. First time patient and the service was awesome! The receptionist was very nice and welcoming. My X-rays were painless and My dentist Dr Prem and hygienist Chris were exceptional! Everyone checked in if I had any questions or needed deeper explanation. When I asked my dentist a question she happily took the time to make sure the answer was satisfactory! I have anxiety and my hygienist was thorough and kind during my cleaning. Making sure that I was comfortable and if I needed to take any breaks, which due to her style I did just fine. Definitely check this place out!

Everything went better than my best expectations. I am experiencing no pain or any other adverse symptoms. Dr Amani and Tabitha were great and did their best to keep me calm.

Charged $105 for a refused X-ray + 5-minute "cleaning" scam. I wouldn’t write this review if my cleaning would really worth "I sincerely wish I had waited for my regular dentist. I only came here because I couldn't get an appointment in my dentist they didn’t have availability , and it was a huge mistake. My insurance covers my cleaning 100%, yet I walked out paying $105 out of pocket. Why? Because they forced an X-ray on me that I explicitly refused (I had already sent them my 3D X-ray). To make matters worse, my wife visited this exact location a few days ago for the same service and was not charged for an X-ray. The inconsistency is unacceptable. The quality of care was shocking. Having a tooth extracted is never fun. I so appreciated the excellent care. Wonderful team and I enjoy their sense humor and the care they provide. I really admire the whole team. They all made me feel relaxed and cared for. Thanks to all for amazing care.
