Gentle Dental East Ridge

As someone who avoided the dentist for years due to a crazy gagging situation, I couldn’t be happier with the care that I’ve been receiving the last six years with this great and kind team. Dr. Silpa is fantastic and highly relational, which I really appreciate!! My teeth have improved in their care as well with yesterday getting the best report so far!

I can’t recommend Dr. Wang enough for wisdom teeth! My daughter had all four wisdom teeth removed by him. He was polite, funny, and a great communicator before and after the procedure. He also seems genuinely concerned about his patients, which I really appreciate. Those at the front desk were also great to work with for scheduling and billing.

Just cancelled my appointment and never coming back! My whole family been coming for almost 20 years. Dr. Nekkalapudi has been our dentist since she joined this facility. I called today to find out the cost for cleaning without dental insurance. It was close to $300 (with 20% discount that is). Here’s how the conversation went down with the receptionist. When I said I didn’t need an X-ray nor the dentist, just a cleaning, it was not allowed. She said it’s been over 18 months since my last X-ray, then it was over 2 years, that I had to get it done. Well in fact it’s only been 16 months. Also that if the dentist didn’t see me , she would be responsible for whatever. Interestingly, the last two times I was there, the dentist was not available to see me, which was why we didn’t take

I have had a lot of dental work done! I just had my 3rd implant, my first at Gentle Dental. Dr Wang is great and his team is educated and efficient. My only complaint is their text reminders are next level. I think I got 5 reminders for this appointment! Small price to pay for painless implant!

I have PTSD with Dentist . I literally have panicking attacks whenever I go. But this office was so amazing. They were understanding quick and efficient. Definitely will be my Dentist going forward. THANK YOU to the entire staff for being so accommodating.
