Gentle Dental Care

To set the record straight...we have. been bringing my 12 year old son to Gental Dental for a number of years and we have been happy with our experience. Last week we went from just being happy with Gentle Dental to being grateful for them as well. When I got home from work last week my son was sobbing and in a full panic because his tooth was hurting so badly that all he could do was scream and cry. My heart sank because I knew that it was likely an infection that would require antibiotics immediately, but it was after 6pm and Gentle Dental was closed and I knew the emergency room would take hours and hours to be seen by a doctor plus risking unnecessary exposure to other sick people so I called Gentle Dental office line and there was a recording with instructions on how to contact docto

First time this dentist worked on me. The filling they did for me was flawless. I cant feel a difference in bite at all. Usually fillings will feel slightly bumpy the first couple days for me or I've had to go back to other dentists for them to shave the new filling down a bit, but it feels like it was always there. They also let me bring a friend to sit with me which made a big difference because I have a hard time sitting still in the dentist chair. I would definitely recommend them.

I have been going there for about 8 years. I like the dentist. He does pretty good fillings and such. However, his office manager is a rude know it all individual. She basically billed my husbands insurance when no services were rendered, all because she said he needed a deep cleaning and refused to do a regular cleaning. He was in and out of their office in 5 minutes. He disagreed with her finding because he didn’t understand. She then began to get hostile. When I confronted her on the issue, weeks later, and told her she needs to refund his insurance, so he can go somewhere else. All because he had to reschedule his appt and gave a two week notice, and they couldnt get him in until 8 months from now, she kicked myself and my husband out of their office and told me to take my records. I wish there was no stars! I was excited to bring my kids as well as myself to a new dentist. When I called to schedule the appointments the person who answered was nice and helpful. I had my records sent over (as she requested) it took 3 weeks of waiting and finally me calling back to schedule the appointments. Moving forward a few weeks my kids have appointments together scheduled at a specific time (I write everything in my calendar) and mine for another day. I get 1 email with my appointment only.
