The staffs are so kind to help us relieve stress based on the situation of the bunny's liver torsion. We are so lucky to have Dr. Luehman and her team to take the surgery for our bunny. The price is reasonable compared with the price in another hospital. She is so professional, skilled, and kind. I can tell how she cares for bunny and loves bunny. She told us all detailed the information after the surgery, and updated the bunny's health condition promptly. She takes necessary precautions to ensure the bunny's health and recovery. I can see how safe and comfortable our bunny is under her care, and the surgery is very successful. We do thanks for Dr. Luehman's expertise and cares, so does her team. Really appreciate it.

Before bringing my then 8 week old pup Levi home, I have researched in the area for a vet clinic and have chosen Gentle care for good reviews. Indeed the good reviews are all true. My pup got sick when he was 9 weeks old and brought him to emergency and then a follow up check up with Gentle Care, Dr Lim was so helpful and informative. He addressed and handled all my concerns regarding Levi and was so happy that our pup recovered fast and is very well and healthy now. The staffs are also very helpful and friendly. I took my dogs and cats to Noble Care for 15 years. They changed their format to urgent care. It's been a disaster ever since. So far I have taken two dogs and one of my cats to Gentle Care. They are very professional and very attentive. The vet as well as the staff have been great with Cece, Fred and CJ. I highly recommend them

We were on our morning walk. As we arrived at our grass hill I let the leash go and slung the Frisbee. Layla took off in a graceful run. Just as she reached the disk she let out a loud cry. She turned around looking for me. When I was spotted, Layla started crying and as she gave me a sad look, Layla lifted her little paw in the air. We've been together for 3 and a half years and I have never seen her with the facial expression she was showing me. She was looking for daddy to make the hurt go away. I couldn't keep the floodgate closed. As the tears were rolling down my face l picked Layla up and rushed my baby to Gentle Care, it was a block away. Just want to express my utmost gratitude to this company. I am so thankful we finally switched to this vet after a very traumatic vet experience at a different vet nearby, for my one pup. We had a vaccine appointment today for my fear reactive pup. The entire team from the front desk, to the doctor, to the vet techs were amazing through it all. It takes a lot of patience and empathy to help a reactive dog during a vet visit. They carefully had a plan for my girl moving forward and for future vet visits on how best to approach the situation. I want to also emphasize they all were very accommodating to when I asked them not to reach for pets/acknowledge my pup as it’s the best way for her to warm up to staff.
