Genoa Healthcare has been great! The staff is super friendly and always helpful. Their hours are really convenient — just note they close for lunch from 12:30–1:00 PM. If you need special-order meds, they can get them, but it helps to follow up so it doesn’t slip off their priority list. Their SMS notifications don’t work the best, and if you forget to pick up your meds, you’ll get a bill in the mail — it’s basically just a reminder. Overall, still an awesome pharmacy to work with!

The staff is usually polite. Only down fall is a lot of times they say it’s all set you go to pick up and oooops sorry we have a shipment coming in this week or tomorrow. Which is disturbing you really shouldn’t say it’s done and ready if it’s NOT! Let’s not waste my gas and both of our time thanks.

I’ve been with Genoa for years. After the trauma of Walgreens & CVS it’s a pleasure to deal with actual humans that answer the phone and talk to you, not at you! They help every way possible to make sure you have and understand what your taking. I have to mention one employee in particular that deserves recognition for her kindness and patience. Thank you Melissa for all you have done for me!

I can't say enough good things about Genoa Pharmacy on Lambert Lind Hwy! The customer service here is exceptional. Every time I visit, the staff is always nice and smiling, making the experience so pleasant. They go above and beyond to ensure all my needs are met promptly and efficiently. Highly recommend this pharmacy for their outstanding service and friendly atmosphere!

Never a great experience. Not sure if I've ever seen a smile come from the person at the counter. I don't receive any texts telling me that my scripts are ready, ever! I always have to call and check. My scripts are always to be picked up after 2 when there's a huge line because they tell everyone to pick there scripts up at the same time. Showing up early is a big upsetting factor for this pharmacy it seems like..even on Fridays when they close at 4 and are closed until Monday! What a laugh! SMH Get with it Genoa!! We deserve better!
