I go to Genoa Pharmacy regularly as a caregiver to pick up medications for my client, and I’ve consistently been treated disrespectfully by several of the employees there. On multiple occasions, I’ve been told a medication isn’t ready or it’s “not time” to pick it up, even when I know that it is. Despite always trying to be polite and patient, I’m often met with attitude and dismissiveness the moment I walk in the door.The staff turnover seems constant, leaving the pharmacy understaffed, and unfortunately, that frustration gets taken out on clients and caregivers. I get all my medications filled here. They are always friendly and very customer service oriented. The best part is I can get my medications mailed to me for no extra cost. Great for people that can not get out to get their medications. Always feel very strongly in the Heart Chakra while being served at this place. Keep up the great work!!!

Since they moved from the Veterans Campus they have gone downhill. They continuously fail to put medications that are absolutely essential to keep people alive on their auto-cycle and refuse to let people pick up their prescriptions unless they have an appointment with someone in the Sea Mar office next door. The staff is not the same. The policies and priorities have changed, at least in practice, and they just don't seem to care. I really miss the Veterans Campus location. They were excellent. I'm looking for a better pharmacy.

Really nice people, they always call to make sure I am ok with them mailing my RX. Very helpful when there is an issue. I am hoping to switch all my RX to them from Walgreens because the latter is frequently out of basic medication, the app doesn't work well and the staff won't help me when I need it. Also, Walgreens is always understaffed.

These people are incredible! They've been able to do so much to help me and make my life easier. So great, I had to get on and leave a review. I live about fifteen minutes away from here, so there are definitely closer pharmacies but none as good as these guys.
