I live in a facility where Genoa performs deliveries for many clients at a time. On this particular occasion I called their Thornton location to inquire about a pending delivery set to arrive on the day in question. After confirming who I was and my prescription, I was informed that my medication was currently out for delivery and would arrive that same day. Upon returning to my facility and attempting to request my dosage, staff at my facility informed me that Genoa did not in fact deliver ANY prescriptions that day for any clients whatsoever. Now due to Genoa's misleading information and poor practices, I am forced to go without my prescription for the entire weekend and therefore suffer the physical and mental effects that are caused by being forced to miss my certain number of doses un

Been having prescriptions sent here for almost a year with constant issues of them not being filled, with no communication when they are ready, having to call every time just to make sure they are, and call every time just to have them mailed or picked up. No website to make anything easier or check any status. They’ll have a prescription ready for a week (without informing you its ready) without doing anything until you call to ask it to be mailed or to be picked up. I have asked on multiple occasions, multiple people, if this is normal and was told that things should be mailed once ready, and that you shouldn’t have to call. pretty disappointed, I will not have my medication again due to this pharmacy complacency, no one was rude but they all just shrug there shoulders and decided to not care. I know most people working a basic job have never had a chronic illness. I just thought health care professional would take more respect for the seriousness of medication. they just seemed annoyed that I protested when told "we don't have an idea when the medication will arrive" "it's usps hands now, just wait". usps does not deliver on Sunday, it is Friday night, I doubt that usps is going to making for tomorrow, I will probably get my medication Monday night so it will be Tuesday before I am able to take them.
