I love my doctor, Henderson Behavioral Health, but the pharmacy makes every visit miserable. The wait times are ridiculous, and the staff are rude, sarcastic, and completely unprofessional. They seem more interested in eating or chatting than doing their jobs. I work in the medical field and have never seen anything like this. It’s shocking that this level of behavior is tolerated in a healthcare setting. The doctors here are great, but the pharmacy seriously ruins the entire experience. The office would be much better off replacing them.

The little white, short guy with the glasses & mask at this pharmacy is EXTREMELY rude!! He doesn’t acknowledge you when you get to the window. And he’s ALWAYS busy!! They Need help filling prescriptions over there AND they need training in customer service. Just because we have no insurance doesn’t mean we should be treated less than!! Someone needs to check on this a.s.a.p!! This is the Slowest pharmacy in broward county!! 😡🥺

Mailed my medication to the wrong address even though I specifically gave my mailing address. I even had her repeat it back to me. They're overwhelmed. Make a lot of mistakes. No meds for 5 days now. I'm borderline suicidal. Hire some more help.

This is a good pharmacy you do not have to wait too long and the staff is extremely nice. You must wear a mask.
