Reallt patient, apt, and quick staff who are kind. Copays are cheap on and they get the meds to you so quickly it’s not even funny! They are very doctorly, staff are sharp as heck and kind, and the meds are the highest in quality I’ve ever tried (Zydis). Thank you for your service and support!

This is hands down the best pharmacy! It’s more like a mom and pop place because it feels very welcoming. They even have snacks and mini water bottles at the counter. Diana is very personable and remembers my name. Whether I see her in person or over the phone, She greets me warmly and always makes me smile! I will never go to another pharmacy again.

This place is absolutely, positively awesome. I confess that in the past, other than Genoa, I’ve really only dealt with various branches of RiteAid pharmacies in the long-term, yet I always seemed to have one problem or another with them. However, I’ve never had one single issue with this Genoa Healthcare Pharmacy. Not only do they somehow always manage to have my critical meds in stock for me, but merely visiting them to pick up a refill is a pleasant experience and an abject exercise in what a pharmacy visit should be like. When I needed a pharmacy’s help to help me navigate complications with my insurance, the friendly staff at Genoa went above and beyond the call of duty. Did I ever get that from RiteAid? Don’t get me started! From now on, Genoa will be my go-to choice.
