This place used to be GREAT , very personalized not sure what happened here but they are HORRIBLE! They refuse to answer the phone meds are never ever ready on time and they blame the customer! You literally can stand at the window for 15 mins and not one of the 5 employees will acknowledged your presence ! Jay is rude and you feel like you are bothering him when it’s literally his job ! We will be switching pharmacies asap where they at least offer some customer service !

They mailed my controlled substance without ever being told to do so, now my prescriptions are lost in the mail and they won't refill them! They are always rude and act like they're doing YOU a favor when you call to set up a pick up time.

Absolutely the worst whatever you want to call pharmacy or mail order I just don't I do know they do not take getting people's medicine correct seriously they put the blame off on to anyone other than themselves do nothing to fix lapses and tell you you will just have to wait till your next shipment hope your not in need of insulin or emergency inhalers or meds to stop pain or keep you sane or any other life threatening problems you might need meds for cause you can forget them to get it right how they are still able to keep there license is beyond me.

literally the worst place to have your prescriptions filled only go here if you want your meds to be late every single time while at the same time be given the worst attitude by its employees this place should be shut down.

I have never had a problem here. Staff is prompt and friendly.
