These people are so friendly and generally have my meds squared away for me. They almost feel like family with the care I receive every time I pick up meds. 😊 the only bummer is that they are not open on weekends. Also, they are closed during lunch (I believe from 12pm to 12:30pm). They need to eat lunch, too!

Trusted this pharmacy for nearly 5 years. Teri, who would call about the prescriptions was amazing, but since she left I'm not getting that solid communication anymore, meds are not being filled on time, and no one is honoring customer's delivery preferences. (I hope you record your calls and follow-up on complaints going forward).

Hands down the best pharmacy our family has used. Customer service is over the top, every time. They're diligent, friendly and always go the extra mile. We've used them for awhile but even in the beginning it felt like they could anticipate the best question and were already looking for an answer. Customer service done right, every time.

i no longer trust them. i called 3 days in advance for a medication refill and for my medication to be delivered. i called them every single day for those three days, verified my address and phone number and they NEVER delivered them. no text, no call, nothing. i have never been so disappointed. i’m now having to miss my first dosage because of them. i’m going to be put into withdrawal from my medication because of them. either they don’t care about their patients, or their drivers don’t. either way, i’m extremely annoyed; frustrated, and angry.

Own up to your mistakes, lying and passing blame only gears you up for mistakes and lawsuits. You only get one time to lie about something that could've been simply fixed with an apology. Disgusting!
