Clarus Dermatology - Otsego

I had a wonderful experience! Was able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days. Everyone at the clinic was very friendly and informative. I was able to get a procedure. I didn’t go in for immediately because it was a quick process. I would definitely go again for any other Dermatology needs.

very kind and welcoming office! Nate is a fantastic dermatologist and got me in and out faster than I expected. I am always a bit nervous visiting any doctor's office, but I truly felt relaxed and comfortable here.

Doctor's are fine but without notifying me they sent a biopsy to Twin Cities Dermatology, which is an awful company. They charged me more than double what they should have and will not talk to me. Clarus couldn't have cared less when I raised the issue to them. I will never go here again knowing they're working with that company.

Really quick and efficient experience — the whole procedure was super easy! Nathan Jones, the PA, was very nice and made the visit comfortable. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the virtual receptionist setup felt a little impersonal. Instead of checking in with a person, you’re greeted by a video screen where someone helps you remotely. It felt a bit odd and overly futuristic — I would’ve preferred an in-person staff member for that part.

Efficient and professional visit. My primary MD already had a summary of the visit later the same day!! Highly recommend.
