CVS Pharmacy

Have been using this CVS pharmacy for years and will no longer be giving CVS my business. Plenty of other places to have prescriptions filled where you are not talked down to when trying to resolve an issue. Chip was not working on card, even though its a new card and has had no issues at any other locations. This is our HSA card used for our medical. Sam at this location talked in a condescending tone while she made faces as I simply tried to understand what my options were. I've dealt with questionable customer service before however this was the first time it has ever made me write a review. That should give you an idea of the level of service.

People working come up to the registers only after People have been waiting 10+ minutes, they just ignore their customers, and when they finally decide to come help, usually after there is quite the line, they are unpleasant to deal with. This has been an issue for the past few months ive noticed, it used to be better in the past

If you enjoy having eyes rolled at you this is a great place to be. My bad for not knowing pharmacy information inside and out as I almost never need anything from one. Yes I take responsibility but you can still be friendly and guide me towards figuring out what I need to help you do your job. What happened to Minnesota nice?

Every time I need to pickup my order it's a long wait. Never enough staff .Waited over 30 minutes today. I'm going to move to cub foods pharmacy

I've been going here for years and have had mostly good luck. I get the occasional grumpy staff person at the counter who doesn't seem to enjoy their job. Lately however, that occasionally seems to be more frequent. To the point where today I called to request a prescription that i've picked up probably 20 times over the years, but the person on the phone said I do not have a prescription for it. I tried to tell them that i've picked this up over and over and she said that they have never filled it there. She made it a point to say she's looked through 6 pages of my history and it's not anywhere on there. All the while, she is huffing and has the tone of someone who doesn't have the time for me.
