They are very nice. That's not the issue. They refuse to deliver my meds call saying they need refills on my son's meds I have to call them. They take over a week after they are due to even send them out. My son has ADHD meds that he can't miss or he has side effects and then it causes major behaviors which isn't fair to him. I've dealt with Genoa pharmacy for a long time and have never had the issue like down here in Florida. I don't understand why they can't send a driver to bring his meds. They've done it in the past in Virginia and even sent it fed ex to get the meds rushed to me for my son. I don't understand why they can't do it here. On the plus side I do like that they have the packing of the meds and that is the main reason I like using them.

Their pharmacy is usually super slow. You can call in the morning and it still wouldnt be ready till the afternoon. They never let you fill your whole prescription out. Now the other parts, like seeing the doctor, are great. They really go the extreme and treat my family and others with respect.

I love the staff here!!! Tonya (I believe is her name…sorry if I’m wrong) is an absolute beautiful person she helped me find my meds when no one else had them available and was given me the run around she came through and I switched pharmacies that day she always has a smile and always asks me how I am and uses my “name” which is something to me because she sees so many people on a daily basis so to remember her customers is awesome she also knows who I am when I call for questions and makes sure my meds are ordered before my next pickup I just can’t say enough about this place also always has lollipop’s for my babies when they come ❤️thank you for going above and beyond❤️

I have always loved this pharmacy and the staff! They are always very nice and very friendly! I’ve never had any problems with them, until today. I went into the pharmacy to let them know I needed two more pills to hold me over until my appointment the next week ( they gave me a week supply the day before). I let the girl know and she said “well I already gave you a weeks supply”. I told her I only needed two more. The pharmacist replied “I’m not trying to hold her over until her appointment. I gave her a weeks supply and that was me helping her out. It’s the law!” He then informed me to call the med line if I needed anything else. I feel it was very unprofessional and rude to be treated like that. Very upset!
