Denise Smith is the PA I spoke with for my Phone Appointment I was so comfortable with speaking to her as she was very thorough and had patience with me asking her questions. She didn’t just rush through it and hang up the phone. She actually took time with me made me feel like a person a patient instead of a number so thank you so much for that. My experience has always been five stars with this provider. From the front staff to the staff in the back to the nurse practitioner and including Dr. Dion himself, his staff is rated A+! They make you feel welcomed, they’re cordial, their knowledgeable and it just makes you feel good to have a good experience when you step into their office. They are intentional about patient care and you can tell.

Office staff is cheerful and helpful, nursing staff is attentive and professional and Dr Oza is amazing (as is Kristin Galardie, ARNP. The entire cardiology experience is very professional but very personalized at the same time. I am in the very best of cardiology professionals’ care!

If we’re talking about the cardio rehab department, that’s who I’m reviewing. They seem very disorganized due to the number of people they see in this small area. They are very limited in the amount of equipment they have too. The technicians are very nice, but confused on which customer they were seeing and what the treatment plan is. I’ve only been doing rehab got a week now, so I’ll give it another week to see if things improve. I’ve never seen them clean the equipment after each use, there is no bio freeze or pain relief available either, which is odd compared to other rehab facilities I’ve been in.

St. Vincent’s has taken extraordinary care of my needs since e December 2024. I came to them with two life threatening issues and they jumped in and straightened me out. I go to them for my follow up’s and still appreciate all they do and how I’m treated.
