From the moment I walked in the staff was friendly & professional. They always call you back on time, which is a plus because no one wants to be at the dentist longer than needed. My hygienist, Chelsea, somehow made sitting in a chair, while she poked my mouth, feel… enjoyable? Anyway, 10/10 would recommend Black Creek!

We were looking for a new dentist and decided to try Black Creek Dental Care. I am sure glad we did!! The experience from start to finish was outstanding. From booking our appointments, checking in (you do have to fill out some forms on an iPad), yes even the x-rays and cleaning!! Jeff was my dental hygienist. He explained what was going on during x-rays, cleaning and in general very good. I was very comfortable with him and looking forward to seeing him my next visit. Dr Grubor was also very nice, and very thorough during his exam. If you are looking for a dentist, this is where you want to come!!

The staff from scheduling my appointment all the way through to the dental assistant to the dentist. I thought it was so professional and kind, and I had a sense of confidence in the information I was receiving.. And in comparison to other dentist that I’ve been to my entire life no one took as much time to really thoroughly go through my mouth and check my tonsils and my bike and everything like like what was done there so I really appreciated that and I feel confident in the plan going forward

Exceeded my expectations. Very nice facility, clean, newer technology that made my experience painless, though most of that was because of the great skill of my dentist and dentist assistant. As for the staff, they were super friendly and reminded me of my small town dentist I went to as a child. They were also fast but not with diminishing quality. Thank you.
