When I first started coming here, years ago if I had to wait on the pharmacy I would find something to do while I waited. Since then, they have improved in stellar ways. I hardly ever have to wait for prescriptions at all now, they are usually prepared before I arrive! Good work ladies and gentlemen that work there! 😁

The service is absolutely horrible. If you want to wait 1 or 2 hours for medicine, come here! They are too slow. Every time I pick up my medicine, I have to wait an hour because they are so disorganized. One day I was waiting for my medicine, I arrived at 3:00 PM and left at 5:30 PM because the person who greeted me that day only received my name and went home because apparently her departure time was at 4:30 PM. So she left me there waiting for my medicine without telling her coworkers that I was there waiting for it.

Needed prescriptions packaged in specific way for pediatric patients need and pharmacy order was for them to do so. I picked up the the medication at a nearby office and it was packaged wrong by the pharmacist in Fairfax.The main reason I got a prescription at this pharmacy was for that reason- how they could package the pills. I contacted the pharmacist and she apologized and agreed to correct the packaging problem. Additionally, prescription was promised for delivery next day (after packaging mistake made) and it was not delivered as promised. After calling the pharmacy, in summary I was told that they did me a favor helping me after their mistake and the delivery delay was not their problem and I needed to follow up with the delivery carrier.

Used this pharmacy all of one time before I transferred to another one. Absolutely terrible customer service both to customers and drs offices in addition to being completely unreliable in filling and delivering prescriptions. Even after being contacted multiple times by the drs office, they were not able to give direct information regarding my prescription and its delivery. They caused me to miss at least 3 drs appts due to them not filling and delivering my medication on time despite auto-refills being set up through the drs office. When I called, my concerns were immediately met with an abrasive customer service rep who was not at all apologetic about the fact that Genoa sat on my "filled prescription" without sending it out for about a week with no intention of notifying me (only leav

Ever since one person left, this whole place has gone down hill. They are incredibly slow, the wait time is “20” minutes but will have you waiting an hour. They don’t have prescriptions ready when they say they will be. And overall this place lacks good staff. I am appalled they call this a pharmacy. Never going here again. Walgreens or ANYWHERE ELSE is faster and on top of that, doesn’t cost as much. if i could give this place 0 stars i would. do better. UPDATE : They lost my prescription. After waiting an hour and 30 minutes and was told they were working on it.
