Thanks Genoa Pharmacists!!! Prescriptions are filled fast and in a timely manner. She also calls a few days before your next refill, to remind you or ask are you ready for your scripts to be filled..The space is enough, never over crowded. Their prices are not inflated. The absolute best pharmacy I have ever used. They are always so kind and happy to assist with anything involving my prescriptions and they always give me the very best price. I liked my old pharmacy just fine, but there is no going back after using Genoa, they go above and beyond!

There is no reason at all whatsoever that the pharmacist should argue with you about not being able to reach other pharmacies on your behalf. It made me feel horrible for even asking her to. I can't control how difficult pharmacies can be. I can only thank Genoa for trying on my behalf. I have never had any problems with Genoa so to learn how they really feel about helping their customers is really off putting and sad. I should not have to feel horrible for asking to get my medicine the best way that I can at that particular time. Being a Nurse myself I understand the demands and deadlines that we often have to meet to help patients/customers.. but unless the customer is being unreasonable and rude... Literally the best pharmacy. Never again going anywhere else. They know me by name and are always helpful. Only issue is they will not auto-refill, but they have good reasons when you ask why. 🤍
