I’ve dealt with other pharmacies, and this one has been the best one I’ve experienced. The pharmacy always has my prescriptions in stock. At times, when they haven’t had my prescription, it was simply because whoever was supposed to hadn’t sent in the script yet. The pharmacy itself is very on top of things, and I couldn’t ask for a better one. They’re also very good about communication. If you have any questions about a new medication, don’t feel shy in asking the pharmacist. They are very good about answering any questions you might have. I only take one, but at one point, I did have to take more than one. I had a few questions about directions and timing. My questions were answered thoroughly and patiently. Sara at Genoa pharmacy in Clearwater is always so kind and helpful. It’s so refreshing to speak with someone so knowledgeable about her profession and who also knows how to patiently explain any issues with prescriptions to clients. Being on medications and dealing with doctors and pharmacies is very stressful and is not something anyone chooses to do. Having people like Sara at the pharmacy helps to alleviate the stress and difficulty that comes along with medical conditions. Genoa is very lucky to have Sara as an employee.
