We were referred to Genoa because we had so much trouble with the pharmacy here having my son’s medication in stock. The first couple of months were great. These last few months have been HORRIBLE!!! Instead of them automatically sending it, I have to call in a request. The lady I spoke to said “we will overnight his medications since he is out” and “I’m so sorry”THE MEDS NEVER CAME!! And then I get a bill for $472?!?! I called once again and the lady who I originally spoke to that was supposed to overnight his meds never put the order in. It’s safe to say that half of the population is on some form of medication and for them to be without could be detrimental. The same applies for children. GET IT TOGETHER GENOA!!!!
Sometimes my order hasn't been filled even though I called ahead days ago.
