In the past year they went from doing their job to not listening to customers when shipping meds in the mail with usps. My postal service sucks where I am at. It took a month for me to finally get my pain medication because I told them to use FedEx not usps because how bad my postal service is. Today finally got my pain medication but guess what they used usps again and not FedEx. This place has had a huge turnover on staff. They sad part is when I called my pain medication in I told them to use FedEx like it says on file and the person I spoke even saw it in the system and the instructions on how FedEx should deliver.
