Just want to applaud to how amazing they are here. Even when there’s no where to sit because it’s so busy, they still will pull your med and start working on it for you. They’re always so friendly and welcoming. There’s a younger lady who works here and she’s seriously always so helpful. One time another lady helped me with coupons for my meds because I lost insurance. No where else goes above and beyond like here. I wanna switch all my meds here.

Most times they do ok here. Today though they had someone filling in. She decided that her 21 years of "experience" told her I couldn't process my refill because it's a few days early. Though I've done this exact thing before with refills. Even as soon as last month. That kind of behavior is why people get fed up with the medical community. All she needed to do to satisfy me was simply run my refill thru the computer and if it went thru to fill it. However her 21 years of knowledge taught her that that was just too much to ask. Pathetic

Multiple time told prescription are ready, when I get there they are not. I have a heart condition it's not easy for me to walk there and back. They lie too often about prescription being ready. The favorite phase at Genoa is be ready in 20 minutes. Been waiting we'll over 20 minutes whenever I decided to wait . STOP TELLING PEOPLE LIRS!!!!!!¡

They messed up my meds 4 times in a span of 3 weeks. I am livid. Worst pharmacy experience I have ever had, period! After my appointment with my psychiatrist, I made sure the girl at the desk knew to send my meds by mail to my apt. The previous month they had been sent through the mail and they arrived in maybe 5 days with no problems. I waited a week and a half and they never came. I called the office and spoke to someone and they said the meds were never sent! They were ready for me to pick up there. I told the girl I would pick them up in the next day or so due to my work schedule. I went to the office to pick them up and when I talked to the girl at the desk, she said the meds had been returned to their stock and I would have to wait 30 minutes or more to get them. Jared has nasty attitude and talks at people! He was not listening to anything I said . All he kept saying was go to Walgreens than call them. Instead of listening what I was saying I was calling early to make sure my prescription was called in and that if they had to order to please order ahead of my pick up date so it's ready on my date for pick up. He just kept saying you can fill before date you have an issue call Walgreens no listen u never had my prescription I always have to wait make sure it's ordered. Asked him for name told he's rude and he said his boss sitting right listening lol. It real slow my guy nobody said I'm coming to get crap until my date of u listen I'm asking make sure it's in stalk because my pick up is on Friday!!!! Listen jared
