3hrs! Not a busy night at all but 3 hrs! An hr just for them to do a strep test on my son and then another two just to tell me what my chart told me 15 mins after the test was take 🤦‍♀️ and to top it off my son asked for a drink and the nurse said I’ll get him one THAT DRINK NEVER CAME! then it took another half hr just to let us go home. I swear this place has become the worst place to go the way they treat u is wild. Toss u in a room off to the side and dont check on u once not once. If I could give zero stars I would. Take ur kids somewhere else

I came in on 11/3 due to a high fever and mysterious illness. The doctors wanted to do everything in their power to find out what was wrong. And when they did finally get to the bottom of it they gave me nothing but exceptional care! Giving me all the meds and help I needed. I needed up staying for almost a week due to the issue, but while there all the staff did the best they could to answer my calls and keep me comfortable. Thank you so very much!!!

came in with a really messed up stomach, nurses were amazing, but the doctor that attended me that night was dismissive and in some sort of rush and had no real or noticeable care for my situation. I just wanted help, and in the end all he gave me was “i don’t know what’s wrong with u” and was just sent out.

I was a patient on Oct. 3rd in the ED. I was brought by ambulance after a fall. They never took bloodwork and set my ankle. The one employee came into the room expressing his exhaustion. We took the time to go back to get my X-rays, since I was out of the area. I went to my orthopedic surgeon the next day and the xray disk was empty, nothing on it but my name. I had to get my ankle reset again and quite honestly, I wouldn’t return to that hospital again.

Went to the E.R. been there a few times for bad stomach problems. My last time going at 4am the doctor did nothing. He gave me one syringe of anti nausea. Said he diagnosed me last time. Went to clifton. Had 3-4 major things wrong. Including no phosphate. Bad blood work. Bad scan. Had some heart stuff they had to track when they admitted me. Long story short DO NOT GO TO GENEVA GENERAL E.R. THEY WILL SEND YOU HOME NOT CARING. DRIVE TO ANY SURROUNDING E.R IF YOU WANT CARE
