I’ve been suffering from lower back issues for over 30 years and I made the decision to get this decompression treatment and it’s great. What makes it even better is the personal they have greeting and treating you. I’m talking about two young ladies, Naz and Chelsea, they really make your day with their professionalism, knowledge wisdom and they make you feel like you are part of their families. The purpose of this message isn't to effect the rating, but to give genuine feedback. I filled out my paperwork for my visit a day prior to my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment I was promptly greeted. The staff was nice and just doing her job. I was led back to a room and I was told the doctor would be back shortly. After waiting about 5-10 minutes, the staff came back in the room and advised me that I would manually need to fill out the paperwork because of a question I incorrectly answered. I asked If they could just change my answer. They said, "No, It all has to be re-done." I asked if it could be resubmitted online. They said, "It would take about 15 minutes after I submitted it to receive it." I am not a paperwork person. I simply said that I didn't want to redo the pap
