General Practitioners

I've been going to Dr. Slater for years. He and his staff have always been professional and courteous. The wait never bothered me in the least. It was always worth the wait. Dr. Slater takes his time with you and genunley cares.He always gives the best advice concerning my medical condition. I'm in great health due to his many years of expertise.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!!! Such a shame that the staff is so horrible because I really do like Dr. Slater. He is a great doctor and guy, but the front desk staff is HORRIBLE. Time after time I just accepted the rudeness of the people at the front desk, but after years I have finally made the decision to switch to a REAL doctors office where I am actually treated like a patient. Not to mention, most of the time it is impossible to even reach the office. Horrible customer service and no one there really makes you feel comfortable. They treat you like more of a burden. So happy I finally switched and feel taken care of and respected at my new place. If you are looking for a sign to finally switch to a different drs office DO IT!!!

Dr. Slater is very nice but the office staff is rude and incompetent when you call. I had to call twice for them to fax a release of information form. And both times I talked to someone they were rude when I called. This is one of the reasons I'm switching doctor offices. And half the time Dr. Slater is not there and you have to see a nurse practitioner.

Dr. Slater is great. It can be a long wait sometimes, but it's walk in so that's to be expected. Dr. Slater spends a good time with patients & doesn't rush. He's experienced & does everything to get to the next step. Have been going here for 8 years.

I been coming here for 10 years so i’ll start by saying Dr. Slater is a great guy and reason i come here, but the majority of the front staff is horrible. I walked in at 5pm one hour before they close, was the only person there only to hear one of the ladies complain in the back how she couldn’t go home early because i was there. Then when she came around from the back started huffing and being rude. Sorry my health is inconvenience to the staff. Will never go back to Branford office.
