Geisinger Pediatrics - Dallas

I had to switch! This place use to be fantastic. They changed staff and everything went down hill. I use to call and get in right away when my kids were sick but now you call and sit on hold for over an hr just be told your child cant be seen and you need to go to an urgent care or the ER. (This happened 3 days in a row) Its really unfortunate both my children were going here since birth, bot anymore!

Unable to diagnose strep throat. Daughter had to endure 2 more days of high fevers before taking her to her pediatrician who performed the throat swab correctly.

Went here on a sunday a half hour before they closed, no one at the desk to check me in and then was told they could not help me and that i should have came into their office earlier.

The patient access to was extremely helpful but the wait was 2.5 hours!!! What the heck!

Was in and out. Staff was nice.
