If I could give Eye Care Specialists and Dr. Melanie DeMichele 10 stars, I would. From the very first time I walked in to schedule my initial appointment, through the scheduling of my follow-up visits, the entire experience was professional and completely hassle-free. I was scheduled with Dr. DeMichele, who is an incredibly smart and articulate physician. She makes you feel comfortable and takes the time to explain everything clearly. All of my very specific questions were answered honestly and without bias. As someone who is very detail-oriented, that meant a lot to me. I woke up with a puffy eye and was worried due to it being the weekend, but rest assured, Eye Care Specialist was there to save the day! They got me in same day (I am a patient there) and were able to treat my eye infection. I appreciate Dr. Demicheles and staff. I would recommend this facility to all!
