Geisinger ConvenientCare Sunbury (Temp Closed)

Devon refused to care for my 3yr old daughter because we refused to mask her for we have never put a mask on her. It's 2022, as a doctor you should know the facts by now instead of pushing your personal beliefs. I know this is against his oath and we could take it a step further if we choose to. Highly recommend that you avoid this facility, especially Devon.

I took my 1 year old daughter to urgent care yesterday for a suspected ear infection. The PA Devin Smith tested her for covid because of her cold symptoms just in case. He called me at 745 AM this morning before he even got to the office to tell me she came back Positive for covid. My husband is the one who actually took her in yesterday and he said the PA my girl saw was very nice and professional. Thank You Devin Smith for treating and diagnosing my baby girl!

Took ill child to Sunbury Urgent Care on Monday. They did Covid test and it came back negative. Symptoms progressed significantly by Thursday and too him back in. Now with a fever of 102. Physicians Assistant said he was fine and swabbed for covid once again ignoring all other new symptoms and chalking it up to a cold. The Physician Asst we saw was Devon Smith. He was condescending, short and his tone sarcastic. Another 5 days later and we took my son back to be seen at Selinsgrove location this time because he was just not getting better. Full viral panel done and antibiotic given. It shouldn’t have taken 3 visits for proper care. We weren’t listened to and that’s a problem. Please do better Sunbury Convenient Care. We love Geisinger but the ball was definitely dropped this time.

Went in with my Fiancé, he was having trouble swallowing and it was agitating his throat. Only to be told without getting past the front desk; “sorry. We can’t help you” they didn’t even try to look at his throat or anything. The woman at the front desk also had a horrible attitude and just rolled her eyes when we asked her to request for ‘Danielle’ to see if they ‘had the supplies’ to look at his throat. Awful visit. Awful people. Don’t go here.

PA Devon told me why did I no treat my basic cold symptoms. I can barely swallow my left lymph node is the size of a golf ball..seemed inconvenience that I even came in ...I never go to the doctor...I've been out sick from work all week....made me get swabbed for covid even though I didn't want to....def would not recommend going here
