The doctor today Stephen was phenomenal! It was my grandmothers first time at any urgent care facility, as she has been afraid to visit. Stephen was thorough, friendly, and spent extra time reading her charts and examining other physical symptoms to make sure we got the best care possible. We were in and out quickly, within an hour. Thanks!! 😁

1) Unprofessional - Empty waiting room, i approach front desk and "nurse" gets snippy with the whole "you Have to check in at the kiosk first". Do that and I'm called up immediately. Really?? Are we that overworked to be so crude? Are we that wedded to policy we can't ask how to help versus "so what's wrong?" 2 - climate control. Whole place is 75°F, no circulation or air moving, just stale and still. We know this environment is unhealthy, right? That medications can cause body temperature dysregulation and speed overheating?? That this impacts those with hypoglycemia, high blood pressure, etc?? If the staff feels chilly, put on a damn sweater!

I visited the new Geisinger Convenient Care in Bellefonte today and had an excellent experience. Stephen, the provider, truly listened to my concerns and was extremely thorough. I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

Have never had any issues with staff. They are always pleasant and efficient. Staff have always been knowledgeable also. It is nice to have this convenience in Bellefonte.

I have never experienced worse customer service in my entire life. And it’s just one person. The doctors great in my experience and the other staff but the old hag at the front desk is incredibly rude everytime I’ve gone in or have called. No help and just mean. The wait time is crazy but understandable but I’ve sat there and waited 3 hours and have had a more pleasant experience then when I just walked in about an hour and a half ago being the only person in there. This lady needs fired and I’m usually calm and nice and very understandable but it was absolutely disgusting and inexcusable. Edit (I believe her name is Arlene from further investigation)
