While having a tooth extraction it wasn't until I got home that I noticed a slice of my tongue was gone. Although I called about it and I was told I bit my tongue!!!! WRONG!!!! My tongue was cut and a piece taken out of it. It took a little over a month for my tongue to heal!!! Then my bill was $500. so they submitted to my insurance only to find out that they entered claim numbers that insurance wouldn't cover!! I changed my dentist!!!!!!😤

I was dealing with excruciating tooth pain, and they were able to get me in within 24 hours. Dr. Gossner was incredibly kind, understanding, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me, which really put me at ease. Misty at the front desk was also so kind and helpful, making the whole process smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of excellent dental care! The office was also very clean and up to date!

Wonderful experience! Misty got me in two days earlier than my appointment due to a family emergency. The hygienist was very kind and thorough. And the dentist, who has a great sense of humor BTW, was very professional. I was concerned about being able to afford services, but my mind was put at ease with their membership program which is more affordable than dental insurance (which I do not have). I'm so glad I started using Eagle Valley Family Dentistry for all my dental care.

I’m really glad I found this place as my new dentist office. They got me in quickly as a new patient, which I’m very thankful for. It was a laidback and relaxing atmosphere; the staff were all so kind and gentle and made you feel cared about. Also great at explaining everything to you well!

Left here really disappointed. Paid $490 out of pocket for a regular cleaning and X-Rays. Only to find out this office does not accept my insurance despite not getting any push back from reception. Staff misguided me multiple times on insurance refund. Most importantly staff dismissed my concerns, were ignorant and talked over me when asking questions. The receptionist even questioned my intelligence which was very degrading. I paid less money out of pocket without insurance at other dentists and received better quality care elsewhere.
