I recently moved to RI for school and needed an endocrinologist to manage some recent diagnoses. After waiting a bit due to them being booked up, I finally had my first appointment with Dr. Krystel Feghali at CharterCARE Medical Associates and it was absolutely worth the wait. I initially went to their old office by mistake, but the staff was understanding and fit me in the very next day at their new location. Dr. Feghali and the entire team were welcoming, kind, and attentive from the moment I walked in. I felt genuinely listened to and never rushed. Dr. Feghali took the time to get fully up to speed on my medical history, explaining the process and outlining next steps with such clarity and patience. It is a very nice building with a great variety of professional practices. Dr Toubia has an office here, and he is a fantastic MD and gastroenterologist. There's elevators to make navigation less strenuous. A snack and drink machine just in case. There is also great bathroom accessibility and a large car park.

Great place but parking can be hard when it's busy.
